1️⃣ Does the doll come with a head?

Yes. Every full-size doll comes with a head included. Every model also allow for interchangeable heads for customization using M16 bolts.

2️⃣ What is the difference between TPE and silicone dolls?

• TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is softer, more flexible, and more affordable, offering a more realistic, skin-like feel. However, it requires more maintenance and is slightly more porous.

• Silicone dolls are firmer, more durable, and easier to clean, with a more detailed, lifelike appearance, especially in facial features. They are less prone to staining but typically cost more.

3️⃣ How are the dolls shipped? Is the packaging discreet?

We ship all orders in plain, unmarked boxes with no logos or identifying labels. The contents are fully private, and we prioritize discreet shipping for your peace of mind.

4️⃣ Can I customize my doll?

Yes! Many of our dolls come with customization options, including eye color, wig selection, skin tone, and bust size. Some models also allow for interchangeable heads and body features.

5️⃣ How do I clean and maintain my doll?

• After each use, wash with mild antibacterial soap and warm water.

• For TPE dolls, use cornstarch or renewal powder after cleaning to keep the skin soft.

• Avoid harsh chemicals, sharp objects, and prolonged stress on joints to maintain durability.

6️⃣ What is the return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours for assistance.

7️⃣ How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by model and location:

• In-stock dolls: 4-12 business days in USA

• Custom orders: 2-4 weeks

• International shipping: International shipping is currently not available. Please reach out to support for more assistance. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

8️⃣ Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes! We partner with Square for payment. Square offer flexible payment options at checkout, including buy now, pay later services through select payment providers.

9️⃣ Will the doll fit into normal clothing?

Yes! Most dolls are designed to wear standard women’s clothing sizes (XS to M, depending on the model). However, TPE material can absorb dyes, so avoid dark or untested fabrics for long periods.

🔟 Can the doll be used in water?

• Silicone dolls can be safely used in water, such as bathtubs or showers.

• TPE dolls should not be fully submerged, as the material is porous and can trap moisture.
